Effective communication skills are the most essential interpersonal skills in the modern life with information and exchange processes becoming faster and faster. Whether you are a manager or an employee, you can only achieve professional success if you are aware of the techniques needed to understand messages and make yourself understood.

During the training, participants will learn about basic communication and conversation techniques and problems that can arise, followed by important knowledge concerning communication aspects, styles and behaviors.
